AEW Continental Championship History (2023 - 2024)

Okada defeated Eddie Kingston to win the AEW Continental Championship on AEW Dynamite. Okada won the championship after being signed to AEW for only 2 weeks and will make the title prestigious. The same Dynamite episode also featured Sasha Banks now known as Mercedes Mone in All Elite Wrestling, as well as appearances by Will Ospreay and Bryan Danielson. Adam Copeland faced Christian Cage for the TNT Championship in an I Quit match on the same Dynamite episode. Okada's title reign can be followed on AEW Dynamite, AEW Rampage, and AEW Collision.
