When people are being treated differently by their color or gender, then you HAVE to be aware of the differences to identify how and why they are being treated differently, in order to address those issues. Give their captors a lesson in diversity and inclusion of course. Oh and let’s not forget they will also be significantly trained in how not to hurt anyone’s feelings or god forbid offend anyone.
Honestly though, with the way things are and the fact they’ve been purging the military of any competent leadership for 4 years straight. I doubt we would even have a war at this point. Most likely they would just order everyone to surrender to the enemy. The sad truth is chy-na already owns most of the politicians in DC and state capitals , on both sides of the aisle. The left willingly and the right by blackmail and bribes. To the politicians we’ve already lost the war, everything now is just theater to sell that reality to the American people. Here look at this. Climate change right, the earth is dying, we need to get rid of all of our ICE vehicles and buy EV’s. Guess who profits the most from that? Chy-na owns almost all of the lithium and cobalt mines. Chy-na profits while every western nation commits economic suicide chasing a ridiculous fantasy. Here’s the best part, even if tomorrow we all stopped driving ICE vehicles bought EV’s or bicycles. Installed solar panels and wind turbines on our homes. It would t change a single damn thing. Do you know why? It’s because chy-na the worlds worst polluter and creator of green house gases is exempt for the next 20-30 years from every single climate treaty it signed with the rest of the world’s governments. No one else is exempt only chy-na. Also chy-na has already stated its intention of bringing a new coal fired power plant online every week to two weeks for the at least the next 3 years. Now knowing that and knowing that every government in the west knows that explain why they are still lecturing us on climate change and killing our economies to “go green”. Knowing that any little effect our changes of going green causes will just be massively offset by what chy-na’s doing. We all live on the same planet I believe? I’m pretty sure that was the whole point of their climate speeches. Here’s one more thing, every year for the past few years over 100,000 Americans have died from fentanyl or other opioid overdoses. To put that into perspective America was officially in the Second World War from 41 to 45 and we lost about 420,000 Americans. Average that out and you get just over 100,000 Americans per year. Our govt knows the drugs that are killing our people are coming directly from chy-na and being smuggled across our southern border. Yet you never really here them talk about that. Instead they talk about this nonsense in the video. Why do they do that? Because it’s divisive. It gets people annoyed and angry and arguing with the left wing commies on the other side. It distracts them and keeps them busy. The drugs, that’s just 1 thing out of 100 chy-na is directly doing to America to weaken it. Think about chy-na is killing the same amount of Americans Germany, Italy, and Japan killed during WW2 and no one says a word about it. And in fact they’re actually killing way more than that. So when I say they already own the politicians in America, I’m not just throwing that out there for the hell of it. There’s ample evidence to suggest they do. The fact is we are already at war and we may have already lost it without even fighting back.

Being a soldier is different than almost any other occupation. What they do in boot camp is a system to remove the individualism and self and then train them to be a selfless part of a system with unwavering discipline. Your feelings matter not and you should understand that before you take the oath and serve. This breaks everything.

When I was in the military as enlisted we were never given leeway to give excuses as to why something is as awful as they were or someone had to take responsibility. The answer was always "yes sir" or "we'll fix it right away or find the answer". And by god we better have had the answer the next time it came up. It pisses me off that every time these officers come up to answer for their incompetence and corruption they do nothing but give the mealy mouthed answered that would have gotten anyone enlisted reprimanded and stripped of their rank.

May be its time for Congress to send these high rank bureaucrats onto the active duty forefront to where ever US military is now operate. When they will get into reality of the war machine they will change their attitude. I think WE need the Constitutional article on that, all military bureaucrats have to be sent to active duty barracks for wrong doing, and all other President's admin secretaries have to go and work where little people on the bottom perform their duties. Like for example work on the border being a border control deputy for Mayorkas, or for Pete Buttigieg for example to work as train operator or train cleaner or something even lower level of operation then those to get his hands into pile of dirt
