I love listening to audio books really helps me get through the mundane chores like washing the dishes etc & I have also discovered Lisa Jewell & agree I’ve finally found my genre too that keeping me hooked!! 🕵️♀️ 🎶
Yes, Lisa Jewel was the first author who really hooked me into reading, I'm sad i have read all of her books haha. I didn't love the early books which were not thrillers but at least 10 of hers have been brilliant. I never listen to audiobooks, but I'm going to start doing that I think, especially to start running! xx

I have hair loss issues , I take a load of vitamins. And I started using hair oils and deep conditioner treatments . I try to not pull my hair back too tight, reduce heat. Mine is post child birth even though my youngest is 3 . I also take collegen tablets xx

Oh thanks, I've never heard of that! I have really low blood pressure so the tablets would likely not be a good idea but I see they do a spray which is interesting x
