We are back with our 3rd switzerland tourism video. This time we are covering the GoldenPass line Switzerland.
#Goldenpass route is one of the famous scenic routes in #switzerland .
It starts from Montreux which is on the shore of Lake Geneva and ends in Lucern which is in central Switzerland.
In this video we will cover Goldenpass Train journey (which is a panoramic train) from to #montreux to #Zweisimmen & then to #interlaken . You will enjoy stunning scenery throughout your journey on this route.

Will the Swizz travel pass won’t work in montreux? Is Swizz travel n golden pass different?
Why do you think swiss travel pass will not work in Montreux? Btw swiss travel pass is the name of the travel pass, where as golden pass route is the name of the scenic train route..
Is there a single golden pass train in a day from Montreux to Interlaken? At What time it leaves the station and by what time it reaches interlaken
Yeah there are couple of trains, you can check on respective website for exact details
Maam - based on your 3 video i just composed this way as I booked property in spiez
Gare De Lyon 8.14- Geneva 11.30 -> Direct Train 12.10 seat right side -> Montreux 1.10 (take a big/med Locker 9/6 CHF COIN or exchange at station) -> Go down vis stairs take Bus 201 at 1.18/1.28 pm takes 10 min/Boat ride 4 times takes 22 min to Chateau de Chillon -> Take Boat at 3pm - 3.26 pm Montreux -> take luggage -Take Golden Pass PE 3.50pm Zweisimmen 5.57 pm-> take train 6.02 -> Spiez 6.47 pm

Hi Samir, Seems good.. Just incase if you have shortage of time then u can opt for shortest route (via Visp) instead of golden pass route.. You can verify the train details in sbb.ch/en/ website.. FYI we have release new videos of Lucerne to Titli & Rigi tour. Hope it will be helpful too..

@@samirdutta2536 Sure, probably in next trip :) Switzerland is a paradise, we have been there twice, still have to discover so many things..
From montreux stn to nontreux boat station how far by walk?
Do we need to reserve the seat even having the swiss travel pass? Like in other panoramic trains?
It's not mandatory.. But if you are traveling in peak season then it is recommended. BTW We did not reserved the seats.

Can we take golden pass panoramic train if we having saver day pass
Yes, Saver day pass is valid in all trains in Switzerland.
Many are suggesting to reserve tickets for golden pass train. i have booked swiss travel pass. But when i tried to reserve seats its asking to pay 10chd as reservation.
Could you please suggest whether i could get seat with good view without reservation.
It depends on what time of the year you are visiting.. If it is a peak tourist season then probably seat reservation is a good idea.. In general reservation is not needed..

Hi Sameera, its a tough question :) as in Switzerland you will find all routes equally beautiful & Scenic ..But If I have to choose one then I think Lucerne to Interlaken journey was more scenic , here is the video link for the same :
