Well I think magbabalik mainstream ulit yung mga gantong kanta jist like before. As what nagiging in ulit ang OPM sa new generation amd pati ma rin mga indie bands. May nagagawa ring maganda pagiging bandwagon ng iba but I really do hope they'll really aprreciate this type of songs.

Sadly, Bamboo (the band) disbanded in 2011. But Bamboo, the band's lead singer, still makes music as a solo artist. Try listening to Carousel, Nothing Like You and Firepower. 😊
Here's a story:
Last late 2022, me and my friends attended a festival here in Cebu and Bamboo was invited as the highlight of the music concert. So we drove an hour just to get there cuz we're diehard Bamboo fans! Fast forward, they made an entrance and I'm starstruck lol. We were dancing and singing along but later i found it awkward cuz we were the only people who's enjoying the show. The crowd was busy standing and taking videos with their phones. I looked around and i saw mostly was pokerfaces. Im6 kimda sad they're not enjoying the moment. I think the band noticed and they went down the stage and went to the other side where the sound system was put. They tried to made things lively but the crowd is dead af. I didn't mind what people do really and could just enjoy myself dancing and singing, but I'm sad that it's how the crowd welcomes one of the greatest band in outlr country!

Kakaawa lang kc inuna yung mga sikat na banda kaya ang ending nung nagperform sila wala ng tao ska dinadaan daanan na lang sila ng mga nag uuwian. Makati globe circuit yon. Palibhasa di naman kmi nagmamadali nun pinanood na namin at ang nakakatuwa pa e may isang sobrang lasing na nakapwesto sa parteng baba/gitna ng stage na feel na feel at sumasayaw sa tugtugan nila. Halos mga bente katao na lang ata kami nanonood. Pagkatapos nila magperform tinuro pa kami ng banda at nagpasalamat lalo na dun sa lasing haha. Wala lang share ko lang, owrayt,

Bamboo and the band were all genius this song is one of my faves after Peaceman and Hallelujah, aside from the truth is this album will never die, still alive the kids today need to hear this.

You have to listen to all of their albums! Bamboo the band triggered the second golden era of OPM in 2004 thanks to their anthemic hit, Noypi. They were literally a superband! 🙌
