    Just wanted to say I love the video. It was awesome. I am the caregiver for my mother. She has Alzheimer's. my mom is the third of her siblings to get this disease, that we know of. So of course I'm concerned about how this will affect me. I will definitely make the effort to train my brain everyday, and to check out Nelson Dellis UTUBE video. Thanks Lewis. I love what you do.

      Put her on carnivore diet, prolonged water only fasts, feed her once a day, or keto animal based diet. She will recover.

    what is your opinion about true photo memory I mean there were ppl that where able to see in their heads the pages with exact words.Nicola tesla said he could visualize better then anybody and read a book once and know it all.

    I'm surprised Nelson does Person-Action, as opposed to Person-Action-Object to group three two digit numbers--for me, 847261 is Randy Moss pushing a meat cleaver. 84 = Randy Moss, 72 action (pushing or tipping over), 61 object is meat cleaver.

    • @jmm5765
      @jmm5765 Před 4 lety +1

      Very well actually, at least to memorizing a deck of cards for example, because you turn each card into a picture you visualize, so there is no text or letters to let yourself be confused by... In other memory exercises you have to convert images or words into numbers, which might be more complicated, but it is more a fonetical thing, like, a 1 in the major system is a T or a D, not exactly the letter, but more the sound, and I don't think dyslexia affects that, so if you have dyslexia, you shoud be fine for the most part :D
