Madge has done the unconventional in his training tactics and having players/coaches come in to talk with the boys! And he did it with a lot of people doubting and mocking him from his own state. For me personally as a Kiwi's supporter I knew straight away when NSW him hired - Blues were going to win SOO 2024! What he did at the Kiwi's propelled us forward leaps and bounds why I think NZRL have made a huge mistake letting him go.
