I've read a book called "Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience " several months ago . This book mainly talks about how to concentrate, but also mentions about how concentrating on something you like day in and day out makes you happier (or even curing depression). I've tried to do what the book said for months . Watching Cole complete the 〝365 days film project〞 is pretty inspiring. Because audience like me can literally watch Cole getting mentally better day by day . That's an iron-clad testament to the reliability of the theory on that book . Because Wuhan Pneumonia, it's a really tough time for people who have long term relationship with depression and anxiety right now. But we definitely gonna make it. We are not alone.Hope everyone here getting happier day by day like Cole do.
It's grateful to see this video. I've been working in HK for 14 years. I've been chasing the money but I don't feel happy, to be honest. Maybe I feel good at the beginning. But, after few years, I'm tired of the game and thinking about what I really want. What I can tell you is I decided to back to Taiwan in Aug.....Hopefully, I can see you in Taiwan. Cheers!!
I see a lot of parallels between myself and Manuel. I wonder if he was in WA the same time as me? Totally get the coffee shop thing, too. Croatians are the same, but when I'd try to make jokes with the barista, it just goes straight over their head. 🙃
