  • There’s a neighbor in need.
There’s a ranch that needs rescued.
Come along as we pool our resources and do what we can to help our neighbors survive the impending winter!
Despite having so many continued hardships in 2021, I’ve been blessed with plenty. It’s time to take some of that bounty and share it with a family in dire straights.
Check out the companion video to this one on ‪@HeavyDSparks‬ CZcams channel.

You’re making an old veteran smile. For a year I drove 5 ton tractor trailer and ran in convoys all over Northern I-Corp in South Vietnam! Anytime I see more than 4 or 5 trucks running together or hear the word convoy my heart skips, my testosterone peaks and I’m transported back 50 years! Thanks for the memories.

I'm so glad to hear that you all got to feel "that moment" when you sprang your good-deed surprise on your neighbour! I mean, that's why we LIKE to give - because it feels so darned good : ) It makes all of our efforts to do some good so worthwhile. But that's not WHY we should give...We should give because it's the right thing to do - to help others when their need is greater than our own. Jesus really knew what he was talking about : ) As always, your message of kindness and love is spot on, Jax. There's so much we can all do to help ourselves by being better - and helping others is a great way to improve one's self! But you already know that : ) Thank you, Jax - and Cody, and HeavyD & his team. May God continue to richly bless you all, and your families, and keep you all safe. XX

Jax watching you and your daughters gives me great satisfaction . They all have different personalities . But the oldest for now is going to be the one you have to watch . When she drove up in the four wheeler she looked like she was 30 years old . When you took them with you on a trip I loved it . They loved it . To be with your dad while he's working will be something they will forget . Family is everything .... That's what's wrong with most of this country . But you're fortunate enough to live where it does mean something . You and your family a rich and ways most people are not ever ... This is why you're so popular . Now I want to tell you something about myself . I am a 79-year-old man that had a good life . My happiest days was when I was married . It gave you a sense of purpose . Work to me was never work . But when I was fortunate enough to help other people . It made me feel really good . It was addictive . Now that I am older I can't do what I like to do . Don't get me wrong I'm grateful I had the time I did . I now live on this computer . It saddens me to see my country out that I love . Go through what it's going through . So videos like this to see what it means to be normal hard working good people . It's it gives me energy that we all need . It's call hope hope for the future and the people that will inherit the earth after me . Television which most people watch in the cities does its best to take all that away and never show things like this . No one wants to see the underbelly . I would especially not want my kids growing up to think this is normal . So thanks for sharing , Joe

What a great vid! One of my boys favorite memories (they are 35 and 30) is when we road tripped from Charlotte, NC up to Columbus Oh, so I could pick a radial arm saw that I bought off off E-bay. Mom wasn't there so it was Dad's rules which meant as long as the law wasn't broken it was ok (the boys were 12 and 7 so I wasn't to worried). We stayed at a hotel with a indoor swimming pool. They swam until 11 PM . I woke them up the next day, carried the both to the pickup truck and they slept the rest of the way home. Pizza for dinner and breakfast! A great time. I still have the radial arm saw and the boys.

I mean it from all of my heart may God bless you Jax and your family. You truly are an inspiration, like most of us have been through some pretty hard times.... In 2012 driving across Nevada at night I hit two cows.. Technically this was open range but whatever the reason you cannot see black cows at night in the road at 65. My three-year-old son was in the backseat completely unharmed but the accident left me a Quadriplegic. Over the years people have given me their sympathy and I have always said that there is probably somebody worse off than me. No matter how bad you think your life is. Even after everything life has has offered me I still find a way to try to help those in need even if it is just taking the time to talk to them or offering somebody a hot meal. I have realized it might not be much to me but it means the world to somebody else. I never really watched heavy D until he made his debut on Brent Underwood's channel. I've said this before on your channel. I live vicariously through your videos. Reminds me just how precious life is and to appreciate every minute God gives us. Truly thank you for a great video

Funny Jake Brake story: I moved to the mountains of New Hampshire 2 years ago and am the eastern slope of the second ridge off the river down in a hollow. When we first moved here, I swore there was what seemed to be a gigantic monster growling at me every once in a while at night in the dark while taking the dog out. It took me a while to understand how the echoes off the river bounce off the mountains and my “monster” was the big rigs Jake braking dropping from 50 to 30 as they entered town at the bottom of the mountain 😅

Thanks for the video, paying it forward when you can has no better feeling. I do Road Service & Friday night I was called out to a blown rad hose on Fish Creek Hwy 30, the guy had just got it back from Jackson Group Pete in Missoula after a $32k inframe. He was telling me how close he was from going under & his broker was carrying the fuel on his load. I wrote him a bill that said "Merry Christmas, paid forward". It was 2.30 am.

My dad drove an old cabover cross country from 1975 until the mid 1990s. I started in a 1965 cabover freightliner in 2000 and ran cross country in ot then the boss upgraded to a 1978 359 in 2005. Still miss that old cabover and that old screamin demon.
