You described all point which support to CA, CS, CMA courses and negative impact on government job.
Every field has its own pros and cons .
If someone become CA /CMA/CS that's not mean that he will not work hard still he has to work hard. This rule is applied in every field of the world.
Don't mislead the student for own benefit (cheap view)
