Halloween 2018 Coveralls Weathering Process.
Used is video: Blood, Sponge, Motor Oil, acrylic paint (black), thread ripper to remove tags and make holes, sand paper (80-100).

i think he just gouged it out with a scissor and then sanded it to make it look like that
