Columbia Pike and the Civil Rights History of Arlington, VA | Northern Virginia Neighborhoods

Over the past 50 years, the neighborhood has welcomed immigrants from all over the world. Today, international diversity and culture are celebrated, along with Arlington's rich African American history at The Black Heritage Museum, which opened on the Pike in 2018.
