Mein Favorit ist der Sterckeman Easy 350: Klasse Raumaufteilung, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, klasse Design zu einem Superpreis. Sehr interessant auch der Bullitresor, meine Nummer 2: aufs wesentliche beschränkt und bei weitem der günstigste Caravan. Platz 3 für mich der Tabbert: solide, mit Liebe zum Detail verarbeitet, ist er einfach der Mercedes unter den Caravans - Schönheit hat allerdings auch ihren Preis. Auch der Hobby Ontour 390 ist ein schöner Wohnwagen. Ganz übel finde ich die beiden Mini Freestyle, da muss man ja Liliputaner sein, selbst mit Hubdach.

great review! I'm surprised how much room these smaller trailers have! My favorite is the Knaus Deseo because of the big door in the back!

This overview is not complete without the swift basecamp 😉 it’s a real competitor for the Adria Action and the Knaus sport & fun.
I want a small caravan but I don’t like all the modern ones so far cause I don’t need a bathroom and they have to be long enough to fit my 6ft4 husband in. I keep going back to the old 10ft York ones from the 70s/80s that look like the ‘traditional’ caravan with taller roofs and no unnecessary accessories.
Please can you tell me one model of the 10th York ones Frome the 70/80s ????
I built my own caravan but i love these small designs. I had so much fun building my RV I would like to build another but I could not bear to part with the one I built. maybe I will build a small caravan just to sell because if the world does not open up soon and we can travel I will be bored to death.

Excellent comparison of these small vans, thank you. We picked up a new Hobby from Germany about 16 years ago, best quality we ever enjoyed. Thinking of doing the same next year if Brexit hasn't put too many barriers in the way.
Great video. I want a small caravan, however we have 2 bicycles and 3 dogs... but if we towed with a medium sized day van maybe? Sold our 7m caravan as just too big to tow.

That's what I thought until I saw one in the flesh (BC4) - build quality is not impressive, even by the standards of our 2010 Sprite Musketeer. Very disappointing. Some elements of the design were spot-on (luggage bags, upholstery, fixed kitchen) but others were just badly executed with little care to the finish. Fastener covers falling off, bunk securing toggle pulled out of the wall, back door hinges & strut, general trim fit and finish were all really disappointing. I think the idea and layout are excellent, but it just needed to be executed to a higher standard.

It seems the caravan builders either can build them all the same, or go completely overboard with crazy designs. Nothing in between. Why do all the builders waste all this space to toilets and showers you never use? Why is there not a single one for 3 or more people without a fixed bed?
Bailey Discovery D4-3 or Elddis Xplore 304 sleep 3/4 and are both pretty compact and light.
@@eatmycomments Thanks! I looked into them and I like that they are not the same design as all the other brands, it seems they have actually put some thought in it instead of copying what everyone does. Unfortunately, it seems that neither are available in The Netherlands.

Sorry but IF I had to go this small I would buy a Tent and spend my money on traveling. I wonder if any of these manufacturers have done any market research?

Small and not so small. Utterly practical to luxurious. An amazing selection of caravans. If you can’t find one that you like you just don’t like caravans! Or you want something BIG. 🤹😂👍
