  • This video demonstrates the various skill ranking requirements of the Chuseikan "Rear Ukemi" skill tree system and syllabus.
    While it shows a useful learning progression and syllabus for ukemi, this video is intended primarily to set expectations regarding performance / demonstrating skill tree skill level competencies within the Chuseikan dojo.

    The goal of this sequence is to prepare a student to take very competent and spontaneous breakfalls, in any direction, by the time they reach shodan level; and to be able to take "shihan-level" ukemi by the time they reach nidan or sandan.
