No, I don't, but I should make one!
Can you talk about how you registered your company? and what type of company is best for bookkeeping? I'm assuming you created an LLC prior to doing bookkeeping work. Also did you buy any business insurance just in case you make any errors and avoid liability
You will need to register your LLC with your individual state. I started as a single member LLC, and this year I elected to be taxed as an S corporation. I have E&O insurance.
If, for example, the first client appeared, what should be done in quikbooks online, pay for the program and invite the client, or the client should invite. And if the client does not work in any accounting program at all, what should be done? Thank you.
They have their own QBO account and they invite you to it. Or you can create their account on your QBO Accountant

I have 45 clients currently. I think you could comfortably hire someone when you hit 20-30 clients.

I don't think the course I took was worth the money. I think you should just learn QB on your own and learn the fundamentals of accounting

When you said it took you 5 months until you quit your job and you started in Fall 2020 to take course(s) which took you two months….Then you mentioned you quit your job in March 2021…Are you saying you started learning in Nov 2020 and completed in two months, then three months afterwards, you quit your job?
I started in learning in Oct 2020, Got my 1st client in December, then quit my full-time job in March 2021
