But I can comprehend a bit of unreal or assumption with this idea. this video is better than some I've seen on this channel. Other than the "catch the punch" idea which won't happen in real life, the techniques past that point are not all bad. I try not to down others skills and systems I get all the "that won't really work" comments all the time as well. My reply, if any usually is man wish you'd have told me that before I used it and it worked. If I'd only knew before it worked that it wouldn't work. so I'll say, for me, catching a punch isn't really going to work but that's just me.
