I normally wear ike 7.5 or 8 US depends on the model.i ordered last year Nike Nyjah 3 prm 7.5 US unfortunately its too tight for me. I wear 8US Air zoom WINFLO , compare to Air Zoom TR1 do you think what size should i order? Thanks in advance.

I would say go with the 8US like you did with the Air Zoom Winflo. Thanks for watching.
I'm looking for a sports shoe for both running and hiit training, should I buy a separate pair of running shoes, or will this Air Zoom work for me?
These are good but I think getting a running shoe specifically for running would benefit over a longer period of time. Hope this helps. Thanks.
