This is a teacher you want, prises every little step you do right, tells you you can achieve everything you want. And he's loco, so super fun to work with.
I’m tripping thinkin you’re training a new guy on a 6 figure car. Where’s the other staff? Our dude!
You opening a school? Lol. Tuition?
I would like to come over and work allong with you mike. I know we would blast some sick cars out of your shop. It's cool that you learn the young ones so wen we are gone it will kerp on going. I've got a aprentis to. He's a ruf daimont with the will of a rocket
Mike is a very hard worker and focuses on the details, Sam unlike many people is humble, hard working, respectful and is in no way afraid of hard work hardworking.
@@libradoalirez7939couldn't have said it any better. That is one lucky young gun. Right there
In this video not only do we get to see Mike Bello the great builder, but also the great character in Mike Bello. Salute!
I always look forward to Mike's great videos . Thank you Vato.
mad respect. I love watching a master teach someone that is willing to learn.
But who s the kid? A relation? Just a lucky guy??? But anyway, I still want to watch Mike do the magic!!!!!
If this young man stays on the straight and narrow, he will be great. You can tell that he is a thinker, and that combined with experience is a recipe for success.
This dude better soak in everything he's being taught by the master metalero.
My favourite custom car channel. The detail and detail and detail for a perfect fit is overwhelming. Love the beautiful metal work and end results.
Sam you're one lucky guy.
Listen, learn, you've got a great mentor.
Great job, to have a teacher that show the in & outs is priceless
Kids getting taught by a master that is patient and praises the little wins. Good job Mike!
I think it’s great that you’re teaching your skills to a younger generation!
I love watching your craftsmanship and seeing the pride you have in your work.
This young man is very fortunate to work for this man, I am a mechanic with over 50 years in auto repair, I feel fortunate to be able to watch the videos that bellows make. His work is incredible! I am always amazed!
Everyone sing the chorus, "Pinche Steve.. pinche steevvveee... pinche steeeveee!"
🤣
Big Steve
It’s awesome seeing you be patient and teaching the young man how to do it. I hope he hangs in there and learns. I wish I had that opportunity when I was younger.
I love the way you take the time to teach. You also take the time to do your best on everything you do. Much respect for your commitment to excellence.
Way too many masters die and take their skills with them, to see you passing yours on to an eager recipient is awesome. This would have to be considered a dream job for anyone who desires to learn about metal fabrication in particular and hot rodding in general. I bet he can't wait to get to work, every day.👍
The new apprentice looks like he’s going to fit right in 👍
I never ditch school for Mr. Bello's Sunday shop class - "If you don't have one of these you need to get one Lokos"
Mike Awesome to watch you teach this kid not easy to be a teacher to have the patience and a sense of humor. Definitely awesome to watch.
Excellent work ethic, excellent teacher, and MAD skills. Good work!
Been building cars for over 40 years i still have a shop ...i wish i had a young guy show up wanting to learn ...there are no young people in my area that i know of ///that are interested
its awesome that you're taking on someone and showing them what a great life you can have in the trade !!!!
hey and we get tools lol
Proud of you, Mike showing and teaching Sam how to tig weld.
Mike being a mentor to a very-willing-to-learn protege is really inspiring.
Props Brother. This kid is learning from the best. Some wouldn't give him this opportunity. You're a baddass and a good person.
How lucky is that guy to learn from the master
LUCKY LAD . Your learning from the master.
An extra thumbs for taking the time to teach.
Hey Mike, It's Great to see you teaching the younger guys some of your skills . Those skills that we have seen you have performed over the years. He will be the next skilled fabricators in the future.
In my 80s and slowin' down a tad but when I watch you work - poof - I'm forty again so head right off to my shop and pound on some metal. Thanks for the inspiration. Keep up the great work.
You remind me of my dad. I worked at his gas station, started when I was 14. He was a good teacher also. Explained how and why, showed how and then said your turn. Always supported the effort. Said, if you screw it up, we do it again. But remember the screw up time comes out of your check not mine. He was kidding but made his point. Miss him.
Damn…having Mike as a mentor is a dream come true. Lucky kid and rad to see this get passed down to the younger generation. Everything else on TV is garbage…just sit back and watch this 💯
47:00 "Don't do it like I do it....AH! DAMMIT" 😂
Love seeing the young man learning from the best, and it seems Mike is enjoying teaching him too!
Great to see you back!
It's nice to see someone who actually wants to learn.
It's even nicer seeing someone willing to teach.
TIG is definitely the most fun. It's cool to see that young guy's face light up when he figured it out.
Love seeing a younger generation developing skills , this is awesome
I think the new guy knows more than he's letting on
You are a whole different person when teaching, I like both, but the loco is my favorite LoL Good job Mike
Hell of a teacher and very talented at his craft second to none. The guy learning from you is very lucky. I just think you should pull your pants up and be a complete role model
Had no doubt Mike would be as good a teacher as he is an artist, Solid!
Cool goat Tee happy you are BACK. The kid is going to learn a lot lucky guy.
🇬🇧🇬🇧I’m 60 and I only wish I could have been your apprentice…I would have loved to work there with you guys…….that young man has a fantastic opportunity to really learn from a master craftsman…….👍🏻👏🏼👏🏼🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Congratulations Sam.
I’ve been involved in the trades for 25 + years as an amateur car builder and a professional commercial refrigeration / HVAC mechanic.
In case you didn’t realize it yet, getting to apprentice under Mike Bello to learn how to build cars is equal to winning a lottery jackpot…
Give Mr. Bello 5 years of your life and at the end of that time you’ll be an amazing and highly skilled car builder yourself.
Mike - I love TIG welding!
I like your new Young assistant he seems to be very interested in the work. And he seems to be very appreciative of it too.
Thats a sharp youngStar. Really hard to find a good helper.
Teaching him locochon! He’s learning from the best!
See you next week!
Mike is an EXCELLENT teacher. Sam needs to watch all the videos on the channel to get an idea of how to do what you do.
That young man will be a great metal fabricator with a teacher like Mike. Keep the custom culture going into the future
That young apprentice has to be the luckiest kiddo on earth. What an AMAZING opportunity! I'm a little jealous, I'm grown enough to admit it. 😅
Hi Mike it was so good to see u teaching this amazing young man , its soo good to see someone who not only cares about his work but also about passing on his fantastic skills to this young man , I salute u sir well done to both of u ..
Love it when you do the shop teacher voice reminds me of high school shop teacher telling us how to strip down a motor step by step just like that and if you weren't listening he would quiz you on it and you better get it right, or he would say get the hell out of my shop take the monkey grease out of your ears good times so long ago a few of us even went to his funeral when he was cremated and his urn what's the shape of a distributor he made himself. Love the show up here in the great white North Canada Montreal to be exact. God bless
My metal shop teacher was named Mr Farber. Damn if Mike ain't channeling Mr Farber! Old shop teachers never die, they just get repurposed.
Nice work both of you. He is being taught by a master
Good to see the young guy having a serious attempt. I've no doubt that with Mike teaching him, he will become a valuable team member.
your knowledge is superb and having the ability to teach it is even better!
God bless. Welcome back.
That's cool that you are showing your skills and knowledge to another. I got next😊
WTH locochon!
Where the hell you been?
Don’t pull this two week vacation stuff on us!
Yeah! Can't have Mike all relaxed and happy and shit huh!
Thanks for sharing your time and talents…not only with us, but with your new apprentice.
You're still the KING! Love watching you make it look so simple!
Man, having a kid that wants to learn is amazing! I’ve had a few apprentices…most kids could care less these days. Good for him, and good on you for taking the time to teach! Well done!!

MIKE! NOW THAT WAS CHINGON! TEACHING THE NEXT GENERATION, THE WAY YOU EXPLAINED IT TO HIM. REAL GREAT SHOW FOR ( BELLO'S KUSTOMS ) GIVING BACK THAT KNOWLEDGE YOU LEARNED YEARS AGO! QUE CHINGON! KEEP DROPPING THE VIDEOS!!!! ADIOS....
Best builder of real cars on the youtube, always shows your skills
Always a good time at Bellos!
When I'm working at the edge of a table, I've found you can clip a vice grip or close up a large crescent wrench on the edge of the table. It gives ya something to use as a rest. This young fella is going to learn pretty quick. He has desire and talent....good combination for sure. He'll look back,(years from now) and be very thankful you were willing to teach him. You're not just a great craftsman.... you're a good guy and a great teacher.👍
Mike Bellos is the coolest cat on earth. What a blessing for this young man to able to learn from the master! Every shop teacher in the USA COULD TAKE A LESSON FROM MIKE! ROCK ON BROTHER!

That's a smart kid. Visual and kinesthetic learner. Great addition.
I like this man he is happy camper may GOD bless him.
With tig welders becoming very affordable these days there is no reason to not have one in your shop. Now being a good tig welder is a different story. Tig for the win
He is really paying attention, very lucky guy learning from the best
I like the chin hair.
The apprentice did well with the vent. A good teaching moment. The tranny tunnel turned out clean. The vid of the work is excellent as usual. The new lights seem to be working great. Hope all is well with the other helper.
Anticipating the next vid as usual. Thanks for posting.
I having flashbacks to high school shop class with that sanding tutorial! LOL!
Love to see a great teacher in action.
It is good to see "new blood" in the shop to carry on. Great tutorial for a beginner from the master... 👍😎
Such a good TIG MIG welder 👩🏭 teacher. I know I can learn from Mike. Such an incredible opportunity
This brins a tear to my eye, to see mentoring like that. I wish I had teachings like that when i was coming up in the industry. It's so vey important to pass on our knowledge to the our future generation of car builders so that our trade doesn't die. Thank you for having the patience and taking the time. That is one lucky kid, he looks eager to learn and smart so he has a good chance to make it far.
That's great Mike your sharing your knowledge with the youth.
Great your back Mike, was getting very bad withdrawal symptoms. 😊
Watching Mike teach reveals how he is dedicated to precise quality work himself. Young man is getting a unique chance to learn from a master craftsmen.
TIG welding is very relaxing, like knitting a sweater. Congratulations to Sam on finding a great teacher!
