Finesse is more consistent I have one striker with each on Playstyle plus and the trivelas miss more often from good positions

my players always just do flair shots when i press lt + shooting, what am i missing?

Press L2 BEFORE shooting. If you do L2 + O at the exact same time that will trigger a flair shot. So think L2 THEN circle, and you’re all set.
