It was definitely time for a family getaway. We took the pups to our favorite cabin retreat to the middle of no where. The dogs had the time of their life and it was just what we all needed!

i remember when my golden girl was that age. watching her chase the deer herds back in Texas, she's 13 now and slowed a bit. she is still a happy girl and right by my side, her in Maine, sweet Izzy!

Heaven on Earth! Peace and Quiet, Nature, cozy cabin and two beautiful boys to share it all with!
That looks absolutely beautiful! I love being out in the woods, the cabin my family use to have wasn't as nice or have the hilly view but we were in thick woods and never seen out neighbors about 40 acres over so it was perfect! Our Cabin was in Northern Michigan ( the U.P. ) so as far as the trees they looked very familiar as I'm sure Wisconsin has close to the same.
