You do realize that these are their versions of Alien v Predator, right?
The zenomorph went from sleek, androgynous, and borderline sexy to the singularity which is boxy and generic. The Predator went from male coded and ugly to being sleek, feminine, and sexy.
They swapped the aesthetics of each. And whereas Predator got so much favor in the movies, Singularity now gets the favor here.
The common demographic is biased and generic, preferring things that they can relate to and idolize: ugly he/hims that fulfill their hitting women fantasies

That David is wearing a head skin, which is preventing the pop. They likely did so to avoid CZcams issues/keep the full visuals a secret

i think the mori only works on gabriel, or maybe survivors with basic face skins, so most of the time they'll only have a very violent nose surgery that went wrong lmao

Given that survivors get a noise alert when the Singularity is controlling a Biopod nearby *and* they see a crosshair appear on themselves when the Biopod is locking on to fire either a Slipstream or for the Singularity to teleport to them, there is nothing 'unsuspecting' about it.

I am just not hype for this chapter tbh. The killer looks like the dredge and the skull merchant had a baby...the perks look like reworks of old perks. I am just looking forward to the new game mode. We didn't get Springtrap but we did get a mechanical/organic killer that utilizes security cameras ¡Close enough! 😂
the killer's power looks like another 3-gen ability but from playing the PTB it personally doesn't really seem that way. outside of chases, EMPs are so readily available that if the killer isnt physically there, the biopods can be destroyed without any issues
the power inside of chase is also way more fun because you can still outplay the killer without having to move tiles, and theres more decision-making involved compared to killers like skull merchant or knight (EMPs mid-chase, biopod placement, staying out of sight from said biopods, teleporting, the buffs given by teleporting, etc)

I do think this chapter has some interesting new we’ll say gameplay perks and mechanics with the new killer, but this game has been almost the same for SO many years now and the playerbase continues to slowly drop
I really feel like the shift of resources need to go to new game modes and ways to play for how much of a financial and time investment a game like this asks of it’s player base to experience any new “content”
A new killer and survivor every couples months is something for sure, but it’s not super exciting and just more of the same
I’d love a reason to come back, stick around, be excited about something, but every time I hop on, I play a couple of games and I’m like yup it’s the same from over 4years ago just a couple new perks on each side being meta, and so I do something else
Maybe I’m minority here, that’s just kinda my opinion from someone who wants to want to play more if that makes sense
I don't wanna hear any complaining from you guys tomorrow from the ones who said "made for this" isn't going to be a big deal when the survivors are slamming pallets in your face and making it to windows just before you can get your hits.

Finally! Some proper Sci-Fi/Atomic Horror representation in this series (that isn't just a crossover/collab with another pre-existing horror franchise like Alien or Stranger Things)!
To tell the truth it feels like this was going to be a xenomorph and last one was going to be a predator but maybe they couldn't get the licensing
@@dr.koolerbz9960 That's a terrible rumor spread by the community. We know what is and isn't going to be licensed long before it comes out, things are worked on far in advance. This stuff isn't just churned out in between chapters.

@@haiz768 idk if coming to a killer main with that question is a smart idea. Because in its own twisted way the game is balanced through camping and tunneling, I literally can't play without getting gen rushed. The obvious answer would be to run gen slowdown but that's so boring for both sides. This will encourage killers to stop needing to camp and tunnel because survivors can't reset in like 12 seconds

I loved SOMA and media related to this so much. A lot of interesting scifi concept pushed together for this one.
I see a lot of people saying the new perks are trash and your all wrong.
Using the perk scavenger when you have an empty toolbox and while working on a gen if you get 4 great skill checks it refills your toolbox to full so let’s say 4 people bring in good toolboxes with good add ons, they get to use them twice, so thats 8 good toolboxes they get to use on top of being able to scavenge through an open chest and guaranteed another toolbox so that’s 12 and gen rushing is already a thing now so just imagine. Also the made for this perk gives you a 3% running speed at all times while your injured so using made for this with hope, and maybe resilience and something else I’m not sure for a 4th perk yet but I’ve been thinking of a build for it but bet it’ll be used

They could make an entire shortfall series with every killer in this series. Like they're doing these 8 episodes things for the past 5 years so why not 8 killers 8 episodes, of the original characters not the known ones like ghost face and jigsaw pig. That's a legal thing that might be too much for anyone.
I just played the killer, loved ‘‘em but there’s one problem: they need to limit the amount of EMPS available per trial.

Both the name Dvarka & Toba (of Toba Landing) are of Indian Origin. Dwarka is a real life place in Gujarat, India, while "Toba Tek Singh" is a famous short story by Indian Pakistani writer Saadat H. Manto. So it's an Indian name/word.
