No disrespect, but it’s still early days you had a good start to the season but you have played teams at the bottom half of the table and three of them were newly promoted teams, you beat a nine man Liverpool team on a VAR decision and you drew with an under par Arsenal team who have played most of the big teams already and after today could only be two points behind you and they haven’t really hit form yet when Tottenham are at there best at present. Man City and Liverpool have had slow start too, for me Tottenham have hit form to early give it a few more weeks top of table will look different

My late Dad had a soft spot for Leicester and Tottenham, so I’m pleased for Spurs supporters right now. The thing about Ange, as those of us in Australia know, is that he’s first and foremost a fan of the game. That was evident on his many guest appearances on our national broadcaster’s sport show, ABC’s Offsiders, where he will forever be referred to as “Offsiders own Ange Postecoglou”. What the English league is now seeing is a manager devoid of the cynicism that is often present in that league, and fans of football more broadly, not just Spurs, are loving it.
It is 63 years since anybody has seen Spurs play this well. Long may it continue.

If you watch training you see he’s still giving his all for the team despite the fact that he wasn’t even making the bench until the past few games.
Of course, he still gets paid the same wages, playing or not.

Given the run in to Xmas (Chelsea, West Ham, Man City, Wolves, Villa, and Newcastle - not in order) The only thing better than this preparation could have been taking all three points at Brentford and Arsenal. i see some comments saying we are playing our best ever football. no not yet. poch team was significantly better, we have just done well gaining points and been a tad fortunate so far. i believe ange will surpass poch though as he's only been here 5 minutes and many players we already had are playing at top of their games and the new recruits have been immense. whole new defence and midfield pretty much as sarr and bissouma had barely played. only weak link anywhere is richarlison but he works like a madman and we have johnson and now the class of bentancur is back. if we can dodge major injuries and recruit early jan, not 31st, we can have a real go. all good.

Honestly, what Ange has accomplished in so short a time is mind boggling. Who could have imagined when Kane left that we would be where we are now. Ange is making better use of the talent he has and that has a way of elevating the play of everyone. Look how much they love playing football...
What I love about Ange it's no shut up shop it's go for the next goal & as a Celtic fan I love seeing the big man playing his exciting football as Spurs for me are like Celtic as always Traditionally Attacking teams & the fans just want to be entertained! 17 is Cristian Romero and 29 pape matar Sarr. Both come on leaps and bounds since Ange came in! Have to say I watched Celtic a few times last season and thought they were excellent. Hopefully Ange can do something special here 👍
@user-pf5nb4hq9i Probably his biggest strength is that he does improve players & the fitness went up 10 fold as he will add in January very early on he will get BUISSNES done & not afraid to drop anyone not pulling their weight! Yep very impressed with the right central defender and of course the team but the chairman has to trust Ange with football decisions as Celtic gave him full control regarding transfers as inherited a team 25pts behind Rangers & only one player the captain in Anges team from previous season, that's remarkable 25pt swing had to buy little gems in Asia 🌏 and I know Scottish football dire but the pressure as 2nd in Glasgow & delighted he is getting a crack with a good English team & doing what we all knew he was capable of & the biggest thing unlike Conte Jose etc Ange sees it as a privilege to be Spurs manager not other way around! Cheers regards and respect ⭐️✌️👍
