Thank you! Great help. My printer was not printing every line so I took out each cartridge to clean them and vacuumed the area (a cat hair, the culprit?), then held the cancel button for a bit - works like a charm now!! Thank you!

hey i have a canon mp230 and it seems to be stuck? since the cartridges doesn’t return to the middle once i open it and it constantly flashes a orange and green light when it’s on any clue of to fix it?

How can I fix my printer mx492 having white lines on my printouts?? I do all the cleaning even deep cleaning, alignment print etc but still the line is there and when I check the nozzle,, the printout in black color is still have some issue. Please help thanks
Have you tried another set of ink ? That’s most likely the issue

I have an mx479 printer with the 5b02 error. I cleaned the waste ink pads and reset the printer, but it's still giving me the error. I want to retest the error but I also dont want to overfill the waste reservoir. What do I do?

My Canon Pixma MG5750 only prints in pink. I have always used Canon and compatible inks but I have bought 3 sets of inks from different suppliers and they are all the same. I have done everything that suppliers have recommended like pricking the air hole and touching the ink outlet with a damp cloth. I have done nozzles checks and none clogged and the printout just comes in pink and grey. I have used different software programmes and now I am about to launch this printer which is actually only 3 months old! Help Please!!!!

I have a canon TR8560. Once it prints a document the printer queue says the document is still printing and prevents another document from printing. I go into the print queue and delete the document which takes about half an hour and then I tell it to print the next document, and I start the process again. Any tips on how to fix this please?
You could try to uninstall and reinstalling the printer. I hope this helps.
Have got a Canon Pixma MG4200 Printer. Used to be okay printing. Got some compatible cartridges, not used it for ages but now it prints terrible. I have re-filled both black and colour cartridge and cleaned print head on each cartridge but still dreadful. Black ink is hard to see. I am thinking is there anyway I can clean the actual sponge pads inside the printer where the cartrdiges sit in top? Don't want to throw the printer away it must be fixable surely?

I can't get my TR4520 PIXMA Printer to copy; nor an old one MGS322 to copy. What's going on? The TR4520 is new; the other old.

Hi I have a canon mg3200 and i have replaced both ink cartridges and they are still printing very faint, i have done the clean nozzels thing but still very feint both cartridges showing full on printer preferences dont know what to try next
The cartridges could be too dry or the printer could be very blocked.
We have a Canon Maxify MB5020 printer. Installed a non-Canon black cartridge and everything was fine for a week. Now we get the flashing yellow light, no printing, and error message B504. Have tried everything.
It will most likely be a faulty cartridge unfortunately.

That error usually means the cartridges are not in correctly.
MX512 randomly starts cleaning process when bumped or moved in any way. Display indicated "cover not closed". Need a solution to fix this problem.

Hi , make sure that nothing is blocking it.
Also try turning off and unplugging from the socket.

There is probably something up with the rollers. You will have to check for obvious problems.
mx922 message "top tray is empty" I don't use the top tray. The bottom tray is fill but still will not print.
Just make sure that there is nothing in the way or perhaps your tray is not correctly inserted ?

I have this printer and my printer is now showing horizontal streaks across the page when ever I print something. After all the cleaning and nozzle. It is still happening and also ran out of ink while doing this.

I have a Canon MX450 that is locked up. Start button flashes on and off while sounding a chime. I have tried the reset procedure to no avail. I have also unplugged it for a time.

anyone know how to fix a canon mx882 that will not turn on no matter what? I already unplug from the back and from the surge protector (for more than 20 mins). I even tested the surge protector outlet with another plug and it works. I plugged the printer to another working outlet and it still will not turn on. I keep getting the error code 1403 The type of print head in incorrect. Install the correct print head. I have never done anything with the print head. All ink cartridges are full. I have checked each a few times to make sure that they are properly installed and they have clicked into place. Please help!
I am afraid the only thing you could do is to try more ink cartridges.

My canon TS5160 keeps disconnecting from my computer also when connected ir comes up with error when it appears connected, we print from 2 computers and printer works fine from other computer

Hello try making sure your ink cartridges are in correctly , also make sure that there is no paper blocking your printer. You can hold the cancel button for 6 seconds to see if this helps you. If all this fails contact your printer manufacturer.

HELP anyone ? I've replaced the black cartridge on my MX410 with a new CANON brand and keep getting the error message:
"Check ink, UO51, Color Blk"
When I try to print I get this on my PC screen:
"The following ink cartridge cannot be recognized. Color Black" (again, I bought the CANON brand)
I've had this printer for 10 years and never seen this before. Any help out there would be most appreciated as Canon does not support this old of printer any longer.
The black cartridge could be faulty.
the ink cartridge carriage does not move so unable to replace ink cartridge.

After I cleared a jam on my Canon it's now printing fuzzy letters. Can this be fixed? Canon no longer gives support for this model MG3120.
It most likely still has something getting in the way. I would say try again to clear it.
Thank you for your reply. I did inspect it with a flashlight and couldn't see anything. It's printing out pages, but all the letters in the words are doubled over each other, like it printed over itself. Do you think I touched something I shouldn't have trying to find the jammed paper? Causes Of Canon Printer Error 6000
This issue occurs when the paper feed tray of printer prevents its opening when something gets blocked in it. It may be dust particles or paper pieces. Error Code 6000 also may arise when the tray is not correctly fitted in the tray.
Just set up a Canon TS3320. When it starts to print, the paper goes in about 1", then stops. The printer continues like it's printing, but the paper doesn't move.. I don't get an error code. Any suggestions?

My Canon MX510 isn’t printing properly. It says it’s low on ink, but it isn’t. Print is very faint.
Try a head clean but you most likely need a new cartridge.
It moves like its printing but the paper comes out blank.
Your ink must be either , blocked , empty or faulty.

You most likely need a new black cartridge just to allow it to work even if you are not printing with it.

Thanks for getting back to me. The ad is still there. But, at least now I'm fairly sure I've ruled out another reason that our printer is being a paperweight. So strange. Was working fine at one house, but we moved it to a new place, and it doesn't want to pick up the internet here. Your video was very concise. :)

Canon just stopped supporting this printer. I hate Canon so much. They made my entire experience complicated. Using the printer, understanding how to fix simple problems. Getting support from their "award winning support" what a fucking joke. Never buy another Canon product I swear.
