    as you can see, I got behind as well. had to take a break. we all need that from time to time. Thanks for this topic, the most that I have ever heard about UDLD.

    Great material, using this as a review before my ENCOR, to fill any leftover gaps

    Hey Charles, you’re videos are probably the best video I have ever come across in-terms of clarity and simplicity. Keep the good work up, this would help a lot of potential CCIE engineers.
    Bless you!!

    Thanks Charles, yes it happens with everyone; we planned our studies and our work doesn't allow us to follow that plan, but we have to go on.. appreciate your time and efforts. God bless you !

    Thank you Charles for this wonderful content. I am just start started with my CCIE journey. I hope to see your all valuable content. I liked your idea to create this content based on the blueprint, using this we can track all the topics.

    Hi Charles,
    Building CCIE lab and rental lab is very costly. Can we perform new CCIE enterprise labs on laptop (vm). If yes what's the recommended configuration ?

    • @CharlesJudd
      @CharlesJudd Před 4 lety +2

      I personally use Cisco Modeling Labs (formerly VIRL) for my own lab environment. It’s somewhat costly for a license as well, but much less so than physical equipment. Cisco actually has made a free version available in their DevNet sandbox. Here’s a video about accessing that: czcams.com/video/k57RRoFyeqI/video.html
      As for DNA Center studies, I’m still waiting for a good Cisco solution for this, as they haven’t virtualized that yet. I’ve heard talk that they may eventually have rack rental options, so I’m waiting to see what happens with this at the moment. The appliance is pretty costly to purchase.

      @@CharlesJudd thanks, just one question - what's the base system configuration need for virl installation?

      @@ganeshdavari1015 Here's a list of the minimum system requirements: www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/cloud-systems-management/modeling-labs/index.html
      I run it on an old Dell server that I bought used. I've even ran this on my MacBook with VMware, although the amount of simultaneous nodes I can run is certainly lower. Hope this help!

      I am using VMware Player 15 with 32 GB of RAM and EVE-NG
      I believe it should be enough :)
