Royal Ascot is a very joyous event. I realised, during the Covid Lockdowns, how much I missed these events. The happy crowds, music and guardsmen at Trooping the Colour and the thrill of the race and colourful outfits at Ascot. These Royal events add a bit of glamour and lift our spirits in troubled times.
