Furthermore, Hetfield cites that The Good, The Bad is one of his favorite movies as well as Clint Eastwood being one of his favorite actors. They also sampled the song as an intro since the 1980s Showing appreciation towards something you like doesn't constitute as ripping off. I'd wager that those 9 people that "agree" with you didn't know that as well as yourself.

You don't understand why I even made that comment. People were posting here claiming that Wild Arms soundtrack ripped off Metalica, which it clearly did not.
