well basically drs (damage reduction system) affects every hero damage by making combos, but not for bulwark...he have the highest damage in the game and incredible defense thanks to shadow fortress. he can also inflict unlimited fracturess which can help you win rounds more easiliy...he is op 🗿

The easiest way is to play story mode a lot you can unlock new character either from fight pass or the sliver roulette, just grind story mode to have new character

he is not op he is a cheat because it's hard to play against him even if you block you get fractures and fortress the biggest headache

Honestly he can be difficult to play. To properly master him one must have absolute control of cancel attacks or he becomes easily punishable.
