it’s a hex pan. so it’s got the durability of a cast iron with the nonstick of teflon. so the fork won’t scratch it.

My favorite is a double egg bacon in between (over easy a little on the medium side so when you bite down you get that drip..yum to perfection)and bacon with cheese sandwich..your bread toasted..a little butter and mayo or cream cheese..enjoy

If U don’t want ur eggs to break, always use a large spoon, not a flat spatula. U can cover the spoon now with a spatula, then slide in onto the pan again. Works every time.
