They know what fans want from a Blade movie. If they have no intention of even trying to entertain the people they know will pay to see a good Blade movie, why are they even in the business of making movies. Who, in their right mind takes a successful IP and turns it into something the original target audience will hate?! At this point, I think they are more interested in pushing an agenda than making money. Even from a money-making standpoint, this isn't smart. It's simple. Make movies they know people want to watch. This bait-and-switch BS only works once or twice. We're on to the BS now and will think twice before we put money down on anything connected with Disney.
