HOVER-1 RALLY Electric Scooter - Unboxing & Review
Hi everyone, today we will be doing the unboxing and review of my brother new scooter, The Hover-1 Rally, a very cool scooter.
Were gonna look at all the specs, do the unboxing, compare a few things with other scooters, answer questions like, is it too big or too small for my kids and test drive and have some fun with it!

Ok, so lets go with the unboxing, here’s the box and my dad is gonna open it up with great pleasure.
Now that its out of the box, let’s see what we have here..
We have the scooter, all documentation. the handle bars and the power supply. It looks great!
The assembly, is pretty straight forward, just add the handle bar and thats it.
Be careful with the handle bars, they are different, for the right side you will need to turn it counter clockwise and the left one clockwise, if its not working, just switch side.
Ok the scooter has a powerful 300 watt motor, and solid electronic brake, it can run up to 7 miles, can go up to 12 miles per hour and it can handle lots of people.
To open it, its simple, just pull the latch at the bottom and voila! easy to carry around.
On the side, you have the front 6.5 inch wheel (its the motor), the kick stand, and importantly, the tires that are full rubber so not flat tire!
A good feature of this scooter is that it has a rear classic brake as well.
It’s got a good front L.E.D light and, as you can imagine, the right switch is to move forward and the right one is the brake.
To turn on the scooter, hold the middle button for 3 seconds and its done. The scooter have 3 speed mode, 1-2 and 3. My father did let it at 2 for my brother until he is more experienced with it. You can also see the distance run, the voltage of the battery, etc..
For more settings, hold the right and left button for 3 seconds and you will find many more options such as cruise control, etc..
Before we test drive it, feel free to watch some of our other scooter video, its one of our favorite family activity!
Now, here’s the fun part, the actual ridding of the scooter, here is my little brother ridding on it, he is actually surprisingly comfortable on it, like I mentioned earlier, my father kept the scooter at mode 2 so the max speed is 9 miles per hour, you can reach 12 miles per hour in mode 3.
But make no mistakes, this scooter is also a lot of fun and it has great power even for an adult.
My brother got it as a gift from his grand father because his former scooter a Razor E90 was getting too weak for him.
If you wonder if this scooter is good enough for your kids, here’s me with the Hover-1 beside my dads M365, as you can see its lower by a few inches.
This is my little brother holding the Hover-1 and his old Razor E90. when you compare it both, you notice that the noise of the Razor is really loud.
the Hover-1 is bigger but really not much more heavy and the Rally is actually easier for him to drive it.
Two small negative things to mention: the kickstand is really hidden under and is hard to reach, the Scooter also has no bell

How does the cruise control work?

Not sure about the the order but one of the P is for setting automatic cruise control, another P is for removing the ''kick'' option where you need to give it a push in order to start the motor and I 'don't know about the other. hope you have subscribed? thanks for your comment!
