Beautiful video but the Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower is still under construction, so it is probably from 2007... many high rises are missing from the last 14 years... including the Tokyo Skytree and the Toranomon Hills, and the skyscrapers from Shibuya
What 5-axis Billion dollar Camera Gimbal is this? I can see in the shadows it's attached to a Helicopter..but it's wayy smoother than even the best DJI drones...this one is truly a broadcast camera.
Looks like this footage is a few years old. There are buildings that still exist but should not. And there are buildings that should be there but are not.
Someone here says in Japanese that it`s from 2008 or so. I thought so too by looking at the buildings in the video especially around Ikebukuro. It`s about 10 years ago probably.
