The women's Nike Air Max 1 AMD La Ville Lumière that dropped in 2022 also had the date one them and came with a dope AM1 keychain !!!
AM1s are generally narrow across the toe-box which is why I stopped wearing them 20 years ago; albeit, they’re dope!

Are these the gold shoes off of Nike ?
Since it is a 'women' release, does it look narrower? The reason I asked is that I missed out the OG Big Bubble mens size and only was able to cop women pair on my size. Then I was able to find a mens pair on my size. I compared both and the women pair was a little narrower than the mens. Is that still the case on this shoe?

They are coming in extended women sizing and they are a little narrow because it's a women's release. That was the difference last year with the reds between the men's and women's release. They also came out with the Obsidian big bubbles later last year too which is also a beautiful shoe. But it's a double up for me. Thanks the review!
I got mine today. Nice shoes! And good to know that EU sizes don’t have the 1.5 size difference. EU 45.5 womens is the same as mens 😊

Is it me but I noticed alot of Nike trainers newer models are very narrow too the front of the foot...when I wear older models from my collection there fine the same model but a reissue it's far more narrow too the front.

In Europe sizes work different
I usually have a 42.5 but in women sizes I sometimes have to take 42.

Not sure if they’re “more comfy.” Weartesters said they’re not. I’m also wearing the royal blue ones right now and I gotta be honest, they’re comfortable but the midsole is not that soft

This shoe is literally being made to the largest size that Nike generally makes the air max 1, a US M15/W16.5. The only thing that has changed is a sticker.

@@Joseph.11 Chill, do you remember the Chili 2.0 that are black red and white? Nike dropped those for men and the black and white only for women. A few months later Nike dropped the black and white for men was well. If you peep game, Nike has already dropped the royal blue black and white ones for men and now Nike is dropping the royal blue and white only for women. So the mens sizes should be next.

When this shoe initially releases, blue came in women sizes and red for men. After listening to the 1st minute of your video, it seems like Nike is doing the same thing. I can not confirm this, nor do I care (no disrespect). I had them back in the day in blue. I don't have huge feet so getting a women's size was easy.
Story:
After party, I stop at a White Castles. I was with friends, had my food and feet in a chair. Across from me was a chic, with her friends and had her feet in a chair. She looked at my sneakers and said, "Those are girls' sneakers!" 😂😂 I looked at her feet and said, "Those are guy sneakers!" 😂😂 We got to talking and one thing led to another.
