Nate that pizza looked delicious! I think because since it was cooked in a wood fire oven and not a regular pizza oven, is why it was floppy. Still looked good.

I went to Via Napoli for my birthday lunch last year and it was absolutely delicious!
You can always ask for a well done pizza. It gets nice a crispy on the bottom. It only takes a few minutes!
