Additional info: the bulb is H8 type. 2012-2014 Hybrids have bulbs hidden under large grey circular cover on side (not rear!) part of headlights. Beware when closing this cover, it must fit very tight. Many times it seems closed but actually doesn't.
have you ever depressed the break pedal, started your car, but it goes to accessory mode? it happens to me from time to time, and I still don't understand why!
That's a hir2 bulb right? I have one just like yours, white, hybrid, 2017, I guess it's the same car inside I mean.. How's yours going ? Any problems so far ?
Only problem is the spanner light coming on the dash every 18months or so cos of the battery vent under rear seats were clogged up with dust. I’ll make a video about it.
@@emrankhanlearnwithme4474 yes, that's a easy thing to maintain. You can do it yourself every 6 months or so, because that is very important in what concerns battery health in the long run.
Great video!
Thank you!!
Thanks!
thank you!
Of note is that this is bulb is for both the main and the dip beam. The change is made with a shutter inside the unit.
Yes this bulb operates both dipped and main
