I finished A levels in maths, chem and bio last year and now on my gap year and I can confidently say that keeping a balance between work, fitness and social life is so important and helped me so much. Also not putting pressure on yourself to do everything everyday, being flexible that some weeks you need to focus more on an upcoming exam and other weeks you make more time for seeing friends etc. You will do amazingly in your exams Amy and I promise after A levels is incredible and the hard work is worth it❤

My skin broke out really badly at your age too! Turns out it was mostly stress and hormone imbalance. for me going on the pill helped but I don’t recommend jumping straight into that journey as it can REALLY change your hormone levels etc. GCSE/A-Level era is a really packed full and stressful time but it won’t last forever, I’m sure its a combination of all that. Soon come summer 🥰⭐️
