jump the DLC or Service Connector.
Several owners here had the same problem.
Somehow, the "Option" of ES is turned of. Some electronic glitch
Entering Equipment Mode, and turning ON the option, reset the screen and keep working again.

I’ve got that problem about 1 year ago!
I take the bike to the honda shop and they changed the small screen below and all is well so far!

io sono al terzo TFT, ho portato la moto alla honda il 10.01.2024 e FORSE il ricambio arriva il 20.02.2024 e non posso ritirarla e riportarla quando arriva il ricambio perchè tutti i danni che potrebbero verificarsi a seguito del problema al TFT non sarebbero coperti da garanzia. in pratica ho la moto sequestrata dalla honda. appena la ritiro vado alla bmw e vedo quanto me la valutano e la cambio.
p.s. collegate SEMPRE l'interfono al TFT e se sentite dei beep vuol dire che il TFT ha problemi. in pratica è come se qualcuno toccasse il touch senza che nessuno effettivamente lo tocca. se questi tocchi (tocchi involontari, si tocca da solo in pratica) avvengono in determinate aree si attivano o disattivano le funzioni. il primo TFT mi cambiava sempre le mappe, il secondo TFT mi cambiava le impostazioni delle sospensioni ma in base alla zona interessata potrebbe attivare o disattivare altro.
