I love how intuitive her massage is. I have a very similar style. She doesn't repeat the exact movements on each side. She lets the tension of the body guide her on where to go and where to pause. I'm a licensed massage therapist as well.

Make an appointment for a massage near you. In my area, my school offered cheap massages to help train the students. There could be something like that where you live. No harm in checking.

I started doing these types of face massages about 4 years ago (not exactly the same) but have tried various ones that suit my needs and now I enjoy doing my face workouts, massages and skincare routine, I use tapping also (my brow frown lines have nearly enough gone!) it really is amazing at keeping your skin looking healthy and youthful, helps to keep the blood flowing and you glowing ...you can't stop aging from happening ...but you can certainly can expect huge delays 😅❤
Side note: Avoid using hot water, the face is delicate, and excess heat may lead to broken blood vessels. It is essential to avoid using hot water when washing the face.
Using cold or warm water to wash the body and face may help avoid damage to the blood vessels. 😊
