Thanks for watching! I learned some of these the hard way 😂 and glad you don’t have to.

Thanks for watching! I’m happy to help and share what I’ve found 🙏🏽
I have used a couple of brands but I bought some nice materials and am going to attempt to make some myself

Thanks for watching! Have you tried period underwear or are you considering it?
Dr. Burkart, what are your thoughts on biodegradable disposable bamboo sanitary pads? Are those ok? I only know of the brand called ECO BOOM. They are FDA cleared and highly certified but could you give some insight?
I am a big girl so need customize panties. What size do you recommend? Carry a wet bag is great ideas prevent smells from leaking out in air.
I've been using ModiBodi for my heavier days at the start, but I haven't worn them out the house yet.
Great to hear! I’ve usually change to a fresh pair before leaving the house and carry an extra pair with a wet bag just in case. No leaks yet 🙌🏽
What about Saalt?
Why did you stop using the minstral cups, are they bad too?
Hi Yvonne , can you talk about contraceptives
Hi! Thank you for this review! What do you think/know about the brand Wuka? those are the last ones I bought and I chose them because they had a lot of certifications... I love menstrual underwear because it is the perfect transition to free bleeding! that's my favorite method: just go to the toilet to release the blood as we do with other things ;)
Thanks for watching! It’s not possible to know the exact materials for each layer of the Wuka period undies. I see mention of organic cotton, which is great, but no other details. Regarding PFAS, we need to see a test report to know for sure.
Would you recommend anything in particular for post-partum recovery underwares?
I would use the same period underwear for PP
Haha...she's too cute! Love love love it!
