It's just not going to be a cheap or easy process. From the sounds of it, they might think it's a little beyond their skill set there and he would probably need to send it to someone who specializes in working with carbon fiber, just to get the doors properly assembled to put on the car.
I'd say stop at 750 or 800 if you can go that high with the 2 new Lamborghini's you have on order. Otherwise I'd just wait on the revuelto and sterrato and maybe look for a diablo roadster to add to the collection to make the collection more complete! Whatever you decide I'm sure we'll all be happy to see whatever comes next! Keep up the good work and know we're behind you regardless of your decision!

STRAD!!! Why don’t you take the outer skin off the oem door then carefully cut the outer skin off the carbon door then bond it onto the OEM door that will then have all the structure inside. If doing this make sure you buy the correct bonding material used for carbon fibre roofs 👍🏻

Another solution is to remove the outer most door skin and replace with a carbon piece. I'm building a custom carbon fiber body BMW with my shop and we did it that way so its a true carbon door but you maintain the structure and mounting for pieces in the door. Just a thought, was determined to be best for our build. That way you also are not increasing the thickness of the door by adding material.
I'd much rather see you buy a Diablo rather than another Murci. That will move you closer to the goal of owning all the regular series production V12 Lambos. And Diablos are so effin cool, gotta get one with popup headlights though for the full 1990s effect.
You should do a door delete on that car for a month or two while you get the window sensors fixed. Usually it is the brass contacts within the switch that causes them not to work due to black suet build up on them. You should be able to pop them off and take them apart. Use a steel wool pad to clean the contacts then use electrical grease on them.
DUDE!!! If you were to upload a CZcams short of you or Sophia revving the engines of both the mercy and the Aventador without showing us which one is which I legit wouldn’t be able to tell the difference! The mercy sounds so GOOD!!!😁
It may not need the brace due to the structural integrity of the carbon the main reason carbonfiber is used in f1 is because of its safety properties when u crash and the carbon breaks off it takes some of the impact damage away from u and thats how people walk away from f1 crashes most of the time
If you do get that LP640 you should wrap it clear to protect that beautiful blue paint. Also if you do get the new lambo definitely get it in the same color as that Uris. Lamborghini just doesn’t miss with their green colors
If your carbon fibre skinning the doors maybe it's possible to do the roof too!? The auction merci I'd say 850-900k and definitely look into the Huracan replacement. Your a lambo guy through and through so you might as well have the full collection,😝
You should use both doors, do the one with skinned carbon fiber and the other with the authentic carbon fiber, buy the replacement window and regular and handles, then you can swap it out for the original carbon fiber when you’re at a car show or it’s for display, it shouldn’t take long to swap out the door
I couldn't imagine living this kind of life. I've always been a Lamborghini fanboy. In the 80's, I was one of those kids that had my walls plastered in Countach posters. My Trapper Keeper even had a Countach on it lol. Lamborghinis are the coolest cars ever built. Dude, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't envious. I can't imagine what it feels like to drive a Lambo, not to mention actually owning one! Unfortunately, my poor life choices have ensured I never own one. I feel blessed beyond measure for what I do have, but there's that kid inside of me that will always long to have a lifestyle that affords me to own beautiful cars like this. Im proud for you bro.

I think if you will skin the doors you should skin the roof and the pillars to have the full carbon fiber look

Make sure the carbon weave that the doors get covered with match the weave that the kit uses.
