I totally relate to this guy. For awhile I thought I might be losing my mind to some degree because of the unreal quality this world has taken on since I began my spiritual practice. But now I believe I am simply waking up to the truth of the “game." And the one prime game-changer for me was the eventual knowing (not just the intellectualizing) that we are all one. Once you really begin to get this, you look out at the world and it's like: What the fuck are we doing to ourselves? And even though I totally accept it as just where we’re at right now, and it hardly even affects me any more, emotionally, it still boggles my mind how unawakened humanity is as a whole. And then I mostly feel compassion and understanding for us, almost like you would toward a crazy person who "can't help themselves." Cheers.
Yes! Awareness is in this world but not of ! If you understand this you are out of it and that is True compassion. That is True love. A little bell just rang. You got your wings! Congratulations!
Dianne Johnson If there truly is a non-dual state, there is nothing for awareness to be outside of. You are still looking at this from a traditional christian point of view--awareness come in from some other place and informs matter. That's not what he's saying. There is only one thing.
Means that we should all think like Jesus. Aka Christ consciousness. The second coming of Christ. Love and compassion is key. Before they killed him he said forgive them they know not what they do like saying kinda the same thing the original comment said like having compassion for those not yet in the light of truth.
Wonderful video. But I get stuck when he keeps referring to “Just this knowing”. The hardcore practice of non-duality expresses that there in “No One” to have any “knowing”. There is no doer or knower. So even the “knowing” is a manifestation of separation. It’s the separate self still thinking it knows something. In non-duality there is no knowing because there is no knower and nothing can be known. It’s all “Unknowable”. There is just……THIS.
The simple answer is.. you don't. You have not surrendered to the present yet. You're looking for a place that is better than what is right NOW. When you realise that right now is the ONLY place, then you have transcended it. The ego cannot survive in the present moment.
Very inspiring. You speak a truth I understand. Congratulations on having arrived at the place you are in life. May you continue to be well and happy and free from harm.
Oh trust me it does, I've seen people who've gone through a spiritual awakening and were able to live their best lives many of them with no College degree manifesting a 6 figure a year income, when you realize who you really are and align yourself with oneness, gratitude, love and compassion, everything in life comes pretty effortlessly, health, wealth, well-being and overall abundance. When you're stuck in the mentality of scarcity and fear which most un-awakened people have, that's when you struggle in all those aspects of life. Why do you think the News bombard you with negativity and separation? Because they want to keep you at a low vibration of fear so that you'll keep slaving to make the top rich. Read some Neville Goddard, it's a good start to changing your life for abundance.
It's interesting that Christians pray in an effort to give over their worries, sins and burdens to God. Are they actually surrendering to the present moment via that prayer process yet attach that new sense of living in the moment to God's power of rebirth through Christ? Totally possible to remove one's notion of God or Jesus from the equation so to speak and be in that moment to moment awareness without searching for a maker or source of causation.

Hello, the music used is by Matthew Schoening, i'm not sure what the piece is called but if you search his name on here you'll find it. Hope this helps...:)
Hi Autumn, you are stuck in a catch 22, haa? If you are aware of ego then you are closer than you realize... Seeing, perceiving, deciding, talking, giving opinions through ego that is the problem. The gap is there to see through and go through into and beyond it. Do not see, feel and or judge through the ego and you are free and then can see that being aware and so call enlightened is not that big deal... But you are almost there, why do I say this? Because you are searching, you want itbaware
I've watched this video several times. I just don't get it. It seems abundantly clear to me that there is a you, just as there is a me. I guess I'm just too stupid to understand. A shame, really, because Mr. Linchitz seems to really have discovered something important and healing for himself. (Sorry to hear of his passing, though.) I wish I could participate in that understanding, but it just eludes me.
It's abundantly clear there is a you and so there is a Cliff? Try this. Imagine you are struck with amnesia. You don't know your name, when or what country you were born, what your gender is, who your family are....your whole history is wiped out. What can you tell us about Cliff the person now without referring to the past?....sweet nothing! And where is Cliff now? He is gone! So what's really abundantly clear is that what you take yourself to be (a real person called Cliff) is just memory or a bundle of thoughts and not real at all!!!. You are like a dreamt up character. You are about as real Santa Clause. At least we seen through Santa Clause after about 10 years old and dropped that illusion. Sure, there is a body thats still there that is seeing, touching, hearing, tasting, smelling and doing things.....but there is no "Cliff" doing it. Does Cliff beat his heart, draw in air into his lungs, replaces his cells, digest his food or excretes it? And who does all that when Cliff decides to go for forty winks at night?....that's all done for you by an intelligent invisable and mysterious energy. There is about a trillion actions going on in your body and Cliff has no control or nothing to do with any of it. You can call it God, Consciousness or what ever that is living your body for you...but there is no Cliff or You thats living it. Cliff don't do anything because Cliff don't even exist since he is only a bundle of thoughts. It's also abundantly clear that we have no control over our thoughts or else we'd choose all happy thoughts...right? So if we have no control over thoughts....when we perform an action like moving a cup on a table....its a thought (that Cliff has no control over) that just arises to say a cup needs to be moved on the table followed by another thought (that Cliff again has no control over) that tells the body to move it and the body just moves the cup. There is no "Cliff" that manufactured the thoughts himself or made the decision to take the action. But the mind steps in to say that there was a "Cliff" that choose the thoughts and choose the action. Its false and a great illusion that the mind plays.
@@patrickokeeffe4787 Hello, Patrick. Thanks for your kind (and thorough!) response. I'm afraid I'm still unable to quite follow the thread, though, of your argument.
