Turning a Ford Fusion (2016)sedan into a truck replacement part 1 of ?

As some of you may be aware I was actually looking for a truck but couldn't find one at a reasonable price so I got this sedan instead now I'm starting the process of turning it into a good truck replacement. We are going to put a trailer hitch on it and a lift kit to start, might do some more modifications after that.
