Really good sermon Pastor David, one of the things that hit me quite hard is the image that was given on what it means to take up your cross, to start to see this image of crucifixion and in essence dying to the old self in taking up our cross daily.
Jesus was willing to rather loose Peter than to loose His call, yet some of us would rather loose God than loose our job 🤯
The standard is that we should be whole and mature as Christians.
If people had to read your life, what would it reflect?🔥
The standard of Christianity is much higher than we think it is, people died for their faith and we think it is about entertainment, God helping you start a t-shirt company; it is about denying yourself, following Christ and being His disciple.
