ADP adds nothing to the experience and, on the contrary, takes away from the skill of the player. 2) Technical standpoint (especially animations) disappointing and at times extremely poor. 3) Poor Level Design, uninteresting, miscalculated and frustrating. 4) Obvious emphasis on artificial difficulty instead of an honest difficulty tied to enemy patterns. 5) Extremely underwhelming boss battles and absolutely not up to the predecessor's standards. 6)Bland artistic direction, derivative, generic, and a serious step down compared to the predecessor. 7) Poorly written and handled lore, uninteresting and inconsequential. 8) Lazy Enemy positioning and for this reason, extremely frustrating. Brah, your favorite little game is decent at best and a stain on the Souls series 🤣🤣🤣
I was considering playing darksouls 2 until i stumbled across this series, thanks guys! Lol the bosses really do look terrible idk what the hype is about, I think people suffered so bad that they need to make other people suffer and that makes the game worthwhile
People got so let down when it first came out many of them convinced themselves they were playing a good sequel to Dark Souls rather than face the reality of DS2's mediocrity. To this day, stans of this game breathe so much copium they've completely lost the ability to make any rational, critical statement about it.
