  • First “real” work we’ve done on this vintage CNC. Next time we do sheet metal we’ll keep it flat on the sacrificial backing using double-sided tape. All in all, this job went perfectly, the holes measured within a few ten-thousandths of an inch of the production drawings. What machining can we do for you? www.capitolmachineshop.com/

    Not the only one. I have the same mill. Mechanically great but one rom is suffering but rot. Trying to get a good read off it. What rom version are you running?

      Shop engineer here. The ROM chips we have say D63-002A. We were trying to get aftermarket ROMS to allow us to drip feed the machine but they were too expensive. A company up in Canada sells them if you want the name. Sorry about the late response.
