I live in Hidden Lakes neighborhood in Keller, there’s nothing desirable that is under 500k now in 2024. I’m wanting to downsize but prices have skyrocketed. I take the Texrail train to Grapevine, DFW Airport and Ft Worth which is really fun and close by in North NRH. It’s a great place to raise a family, safe and community oriented. Love Keller and may be stuck here forever! 😂

I have lived in both Keller and Southlake. Average price in Keller is in the $600K and over $1M in Southlake. Same/similar house in Southlake vs Keller is about $100K difference and not half.
