I feel like some dudes might be thinking that going to the gym might not be so useful after watching this, but bear in mind - going to the gym will essentially help you build those traits that girls like (confidence, dominance, even some aggression). Looks matter, just because you see a girl hand around a guy who looks like a 5 doesn't mean all of them will do the same. Hitting the gym will only bring you benefits.

The gym might be the most competitive place i've ever been, being a 120lb guy when i started, the spirit of cacthing up to the other guys and now surpasing them teached me alot about drive and discipline, the weights might not get you the girl, but they build you the man you are today 💪🏻

Aggression from males have still decreased a lot through centries, because you cant have that kind of aggression where woman does something bad to you and you want to beat her up for it to feel satisfied, when she put you in misery with the help of simps. Men also lack aggresion nowdays for the fact that holding inside aggresion, while you cant do anything about it in the modern emotional world, so they suffer with it or become unemotional then. In Roman time there were a lot more aggresive men, when you could freerly show your aggresion and back in thoese days men fought with swords and had more power in society, so they could show their aggresion.

some tips I've learned:
-hold your space and posture well, don't move away when someone walks by you
-try even scowling a little bit to look for serious (I notice much more attention when doing this)
-speak your mind and don't be afraid to be a little arrogant and loud
-take back your attention and don't give it out freely
-walk with purpose like you have somewhere to go

@@Barni2212 I'd suggest therapy, but not everyone has access to that. So instead, accept that the things you don't like about yourself are an opportunity for you to grow and become a better person. Start with small things you dislike about yourself, and actively try to do better. You won't see an instant change, and it will probably be several months before you notice the difference, but continously reminding yourself to do better in a particular area and actively taking different actions in that area will definitely help you improve.
If it's an addiction you're dealing with though, it's far better to get outside help. Dealing with addictions alone is far more difficult than dealing with it through help from others.

Hmm , from the perspective of a female I can agree with some points that were mentioned. Some of the most off putting things me and my other female friends
experienced was when a man did some of the following things.
- repeat or agree on anything they say ( doesn't come off as authentic and shows they are afraid of not being liked )
- having them as their ultimate "life goal" as if we were the highest achievement and _only_ purpose in their life.
- trying way to hard to be an alpha male by claiming to be one for ulterior motives.
Personally I don't even like to use terms like "Alpha / Beta / Sigma". It comes along with so much stigma. And honestly woman most likely do not care about that trope for the tropes sake.
And from what I personally experienced, "being confident" or acting to be it sometimes isn't enough either.
I had a guy coming right at me literally like "I'm here bc I'm looking for a girlfriend, can I kiss you?"
My answer to that was simply "I wish you good luck with that, but I am not the one".
Men who have their own purpose besides you as a woman seem to be usually way more attractive.

That last point is just not true. At least not just on it's own. In order to get respect from women for speaking your mind a man _has_ to be attractive to them _in the first place!_ Otherwise he will just be perceived as aggressive, rude, bitter, annoying or whatever. That's that female dychotomy that all those self-improvement guys tend to just brush over: two men can say and do the _exact same_ thing - the attractive (i.e. good looking, popular, alpha) guy will perceived as sexy while the unattractive one will be perceived as unpleasant to be around..

The fact that there's all these training videos on how to be an attractive man just means it's not easy. Ain't such a thing for women.
Being an attractive man is WAY harder than being an attractive girl. Not only do you need to look good and stay in shape (well it helps) but ideally you gotta be the total package as well (which is hard and takes time and effort). For a woman to be attractive all she really needs to do is look good, stay in shape and have a decent personality (yet many of them can't even manage THIS!)

@@kendrick2538 therapy, understanding where you problem and axiety comes from (usually bad family etc), then changing the bad things. After you've got rid off things/people that take you down, you have to learn to accept yourself, not guilt yourself, love yourself
Don't watch too much motivational content, key of all is understanding what takes u down, therapy is big help, but if I was to reccomend someone on youtube, Cole Hastings talks pretty well about self acceptation, and that there is value in everyone unless you exploit others badly, yeah i learned with his help that i am enough, now i'm learning myself about not just being enough but a person of value but its next step
