I cannot believe Nike would not pay for a translation service to get this right. It's actually pretty downright poor business practice to mess something up like this..
J Balvin KILLED these. The colorway was safe yet kinda loud. I think the cream in the front and the multicolor in the back is a perfect balance. The yellow trimming definitely adds to the shoe. The quality of the leather is also a plus. They’re definitely gonna be in my top 5. Excited to UN-DS them on my bday

I was waiting for this review and your take. I own a pair, and for me, this is the shoe of the year. The color tones are fitting and not overdone. The leather feels great and will likely look better the more I wear them. Overall, these are solid.

so on the semi translucent outsole, i think the thought behind it could be that just like on a sunst the color is changing over time, when the get yellow over the years caused by aging it will suit the whole theme of the shoe

These are absolute beauties. The Spanish to English on the box is pretty much right but they didn't put in " A Sunset in Medellin" in the English part which is dumb because that's the name of the shoe colorway.
The “tumbled” leather is softer and looks better after a few wears then the panda plastic leather but Nike uses the cheapest suede with glue, plastic and paint over it and calls it tumbled. It falls apart if touched which I think is why they painted the edges. If they didn’t you could see the suede flaking. Nubuck is gna be the best real leather we get from them

I'd have loved to have grabbed a pair but there's no way I can justify the re-sale prices. I do also worry about that outsole, I think it'll be pee yellow in next to no time and I don't know how that'll look with these.

The English translation was spot on by the way 👌 the Translation only missing part was “Medellin” (A “Medellin” sunset) but everything else’s was spot on. Don’t know where you got the part about missing in translation from 🤷🏽♂️

Y’know I can imagine that the outsole might actually look even better once it has aged and yellowed. It would still match the colorway pretty well.
