Hi Jerika, since that seller you bought your cutter from left Etsy, I ended up purchasing a soap cutter on Etsy from a seller named budhaffner. I bought the one that cuts 1 1/8 inch bars for $189.00 (+ shipping) and it works really well for me. It's very well built and comes with some nice written tips. Hope this helps someone.

I believe I have the same cutter in black and I love it! As I increased production, there was no way I could do them one by one.
