mostly qualitatively as i am too lazy to do quantitative assessment but strive to do it. recently i have been trying to figure out a quantitative method to mark my approach with is based on the following approach "how fast to learn or how big of a step to take during learning and to find a sweet spot between steps that were too small and those that were too large as"

@@Schaelpy I am confused, here the data is not in a continues manner but rather in a range. and as its mentioned in the problem based on "Given parameters/ attrib." which makes it a classification problem.
Not sure, i might be wrong
