Who else but the one true "voice" could make our national anthem a massive radio hit and have all the proceeds go to help great causes? I miss hearing her voice! We all got to experience the only "Whitney" that we will see in our lifetime, what a privilege it was and is. STILL give me chills😮 this and the Super Bowl performance still gives me chills even 33 years later and she’s passed away! And I still don’t care that she might’ve lip-synch the Super Bowl performance. It was still a dynamite performance. They just didn’t want to take a chance on a live broadcast.

I feel like this is better than the Super Bowl. This has abit more Whitney. The superbowl was a bit more sterilized. Probably because it was a one shot recording whereas this is the opening for an entire night of singing.
